The professional office staff at E R Construction gave me a timely estimate, and were very helpful and courteous throughout my project. Their crew arrived on time on the promised date, with positive attitudes, needing only minimal instruction, which they accepted without any push back. They worked hard and efficiently, removing a concrete sidewalk and modifying a curbs. The truck with the demo material left just as the cement truck arrived. Very well timed and organized! They made a flat, nicely textured surface with clean edges, and stuck around until it set (to ward off would-be artists looking to immortalize their imprint in my new concrete!), cleaned the area, and left, leaving barricades and tape around the area until the next day. The invoice was exactly as per the estimate and as per my expectations. If I ever need sidewalk work again, I know exactly who I'm going to call! I highly recommend this company.read more

North side of my house gets no sun so mud and weeds. This awesome crew came in, placed colored concrete and used stamps to shape stones. Fun listening to the banter of the crew and watching them work together. Close attention to details and did a great job of cleaning up when they finished. Highly recommended group. Needed my 30+year driveway replaced. After so much research, we found Eternal Rock Construction to be one the most reputable company around. Contracted with them in November 2020 for work to be done in 2019 January. Alex and the crew showed up on date and time agreed upon, got old driveway removed, ground prepped, forms up, concrete poured in less than 4 hours. Quality work and materials! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing quality work and craftsmanship. Definitely worth the wait. We just had a drive way installed by Eternal Rock and it looks wonderful. I see in other reviews that their were issues with communication but the company has improved 100% in that area, a little hard to talk to anybody by phone and that's because there probably so busy however if you leave a phone message or send Frank a email they generally get back to you within an hour. The people that work for this company are Professional, on time and hard working. The price they quoted was spot on. The company did such a good job, I've made another appointment for a new project.read more

We just had a great experience completing a project with Eternal Rock. This has been a process that we started about more than 8 months ago and throughout the process Frank was incredibly accommodating and very responsive every time I had questions or wanted to defer the project. The bid was competitive when compared with some others and I felt the quality at the end of the day was worth the wait. Eternal Rock did a small sidewalk repair job for me. Very professional, affordable and responsive. I had a weather related issue with one of the sidewalk squares. Eternal Rock was a pleasure to work with. They came out to excavate an old concrete pad and pour a bigger, better one with a couple steps up to our slider. Frank, the office manager was great to communicate with. There were a few hiccups along the way but they handled it quickly and efficiently. ERC went beyond my critical standards and exceeded my expectations. We are longtime residents in the Alameda neighborhood. Due to traffic and street parking concerns, we made the decision to widen our narrow driveway apron. It was increasingly dangerous and difficult to pull in and out of our driveway safely. I saw several favorable reviews for Eternal Rock Construction on the NextDoor app for driveway and concrete work. I contacted Eternal Rock and several other concrete companies. Out of five companies contacted, three were no-shows and one showed up but would not give me an estimate. Frank from Eternal Rock showed up and took detailed measurements and notes. He was very professional and assured me that there should be no problems with my concerns. We have a home built in 1927 and we wanted our new apron to reflect the neighborhoods original driveway aprons. On our scheduled date, David and his crew showed up exactly on time and began work on the apron. The demolition phase and preparation for the new apron went very smoothly. Once everything passed inspection, the work went quickly. David and his crew worked hard to ensure my specific design parameters were met. We now enjoy our new entrance to our driveway. We can pull in and out of our home safely and comfortably. The superb workmanship adds to our homes curb appeal as it matches the existing patterned driveway and the historic neighborhood aesthetic. I cannot stress how pleased we are with the results of this project. To some, it’s just a driveway apron. To us, it’s a fitting entrance to our home. We wish to thank Frank, David and his excellent crew. It’s obvious that they take great pride in their communication, workmanship and finish details.
